It's a spify towel to dry your bike with.  Comes in a handy little container that easily drops into a saddlebag, trunk, or tank bag.  Great for the post-wash drying, or for drying the seat after an overnight dew.  We've even seen them used to towel off after an unexpected rain or dip in a roadside pond.  Good times...
